Food Product Return Policy

Due to the nature of food-related products, Sweet Oasis Mixes generally cannot accept returns on opened, used, damaged-after-delivery, or customer-handled food items.

Order Problems

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may review issues involving:

• Wrong item received
• Missing item from an order
• Damaged package during shipping
• Order fulfillment error

Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be offered at the discretion of Sweet Oasis Mixes after the issue is reviewed. Photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and order information may be requested before a refund or replacement is approved.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the shipping box, product packaging, and contents before discarding anything. This helps us review the issue and, when appropriate, work with the shipping carrier.

Customer Address Errors

Sweet Oasis Mixes is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Please review shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Sweet Oasis Mixes currently operates under Michigan Cottage Food regulations. Sales and shipping are limited to customers located within the State of Michigan.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Opened or used food products
• Change-of-mind purchases
• Customer preparation errors
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Products damaged after delivery
