Sweet Oasis Mixes currently operates under Michigan Cottage Food regulations. At this time, sales and shipping are limited to customers located within the State of Michigan.

Orders with shipping addresses outside Michigan may be declined, canceled, or blocked during checkout.

Shipping Rate

Sweet Oasis Mixes currently uses a flat-rate shipping charge for eligible Michigan orders. The shipping charge will be shown in the cart and checkout before the order is placed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and packed after payment is received. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, weekends, holidays, and production schedule.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Sweet Oasis Mixes is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect customer-provided shipping information.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the shipping box, product packaging, and contents before discarding anything. Contact Sweet Oasis Mixes as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our direct control. If a package is delayed or appears lost, we may assist with reviewing the issue, but carrier delays are not guaranteed by Sweet Oasis Mixes.

Local Delivery or Pickup

Local delivery or pickup options may be offered at the discretion of Sweet Oasis Mixes when available. Any available options will be communicated directly or shown during checkout if enabled.

Out-of-State Orders

At this time, Sweet Oasis Mixes does not ship outside Michigan. This limitation is part of our current Michigan Cottage Food sales setup.
